Of course we work very discreetly, both for candidates and your organisation, taking into account everyone’s interests. We will work personally through our networks, and most of the time find the appropriate candidate. Each candidate, proposed by us will be added to our one year follow-up programme.
Meaning, we keep in contact with you and the candidate as a follow up to monitor desired and started development.
